Do you install the smart home systems or just the wiring?
We handle all electrical work — pre-wire, panel, circuits, and device installation. Programming and system integration is typically handled by your AV/automation partner, though we work closely with them throughout.
Do you work with specific automation brands?
We are experienced with Lutron RadioRA3, HomeWorks QSX, Control4, Savant, and Crestron electrical requirements. We are familiar with the specific circuit and wiring needs each platform requires.
Can you add smart home wiring to an existing home?
Yes. Retrofit structured wiring is one of our specialties. We minimize drywall impact through careful routing and often use existing chases and conduit paths.
What is the cost of a smart home pre-wire?
Cost depends heavily on home size, technology scope, and construction phase. New construction is most efficient. We provide detailed line-item proposals after a site visit.
