Do you work from architect-supplied electrical drawings?
Yes. We work directly from your electrical engineering drawings and coordinate with the EOR on any field conflicts or substitutions.
Can you handle Title 24 lighting compliance?
Yes. We install Title 24-compliant lighting controls, occupancy sensors, and daylight dimming systems and provide the documentation required for sign-off.
What is your typical TI timeline?
Rough-in for most TI projects runs alongside framing and tops out before drywall. Trim-out follows finish trades. We build to your construction schedule milestones.
Do you carry general liability and workers comp?
Yes. We carry full general liability insurance and workers compensation. Certificates of insurance are available upon request for any project.
